However, when life happens it sometimes complicate our connections – to ourselves and others. My passion is to help children, families and individuals to be able to re-connect and accept themselves so that they can connect with others. Especially when trauma was involved and the connections was broken, with divorce etc. Connections give us hope and a sense of belonging. With my own family and children I see and value the art of connection every day!
WHAT DO I SPECIALIZE IN?
Play therapy with children, bonding therapy to reconnect (divorce care) , supervised visits, parental guidance, individual counselling and training regarding emotional regulation and relationships, teambuilding and employee wellness. I did my masters in play therapy and are well equipped with the NBI brain profile preferences to give guidance with study as well as relationships and company conflict.
ON A MORE PERSONAL NOTE:
Being a Mom made me realize how vulnerable parents and children are, how easy it is to hurt them without intention. With hurting, relationships get broken. We all have a longing to belong, to be seen and to be heard. The best place to learn that is within your home. Attachment in your home is the base of all other relationships going forward. As parents we however sometimes needs reassurance that we are doing the right thing or just a bit guidance to nudge us in the right direction.
With a compassionate approach and years of expertise, I am committed to helping families navigate the emotional complexities of separation while advocating for the well-being of children.
